My Personal Growth - Using Meditation for Personal Growth
I am a huge fan of meditation. While I'm Buddhist, and for me meditation is a way to detach from suffering through sitting in its midst, meditation also can be used for personal growth. Still, I would argue that there is no better personal growth path than being Buddhist, but one need not be Buddhist to benefit from meditation.
